Tuition Fees

If you have a certificate of IELTS = 5.5 or an equivalent (TOEFL 46-59, BMU-University of Reading English Exam = PASS), the tuition fee for the 2023-2024 academic year is 37 000 000 Uzbek sums (UZS).

  • The tuition fee is payable two times per academic year in the amount 18 500 000 UZS before the beginning of each semester.
  • You can save 2 000 000 Uzbek soums (UZS) by paying 35 000 000 Uzbek sums (UZS) for the full academic year before the start of the autumn semester.

If you have a certificate of IELTS ≥ 6.0 or an equivalent (TOEFL ≥ 60, BMU-University of Reading English Exam = HIGH PASS B), the tuition fee for the 2023-2024 academic year is 29 600 000 Uzbek sums (UZS).

  • The tuition fee is payable two times per academic year in the amount 14 800 000 Uzbek sums (UZS) before the beginning of each semester.
  • You can save 1 600 000 Uzbek sums (UZS) by paying 28 000 000 Uzbek sums (UZS) for the full academic year before the start of the autumn semester.

Grants

University grants covering 100% of tuition fees will be awarded to two categories of applicants:

1) BMU Academic Grants are provided to up top 100 outstanding applicants based solely on their academic achievement.  These grants are funded by various ministries of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The applicants must satisfy the following minimum criteria:

  • have IELTS ≥ 7.0 TOEFL ≥ 94, BMU-University of Reading English Exam = HIGH PASS A);
  • have a high score on BMU Math Exam (15/20 or higher);
  • pass an interview with one of our English teachers.

2) BMU Social Grants are provided to top 20 outstanding applicants from low-income families. The applicants must provide all relevant documents confirming their low-income status and satisfy the following minimum criteria:

  • have IELTS ≥ 6.0 (TOEFL ≥ 60, BMU-University of Reading English Exam = HIGH PASS B);
  • have a high score on BMU Math Exam (15/20 or higher);
  • pass an interview with one of our English teachers;

Grants (social or academic) covering 100% of tuition fees will be awarded to the applicants who have the highest combined score.

An application for a BMU Social Grants or BMU Academic Grants can be submitted ONLY after the applicant has received an Offer Letter from the University.

Scholarships

Two types of scholarships are available for students with high academic performance each semester based on their results from the previous semester of their study:

1) Golden (1 million UZS per month);

2) Silver (500 thousand UZS per month).
